Join us.Introduction to team:TikTok is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our UK Ecommerce team to define and implement acquisition and growth strategies for TikTok Shop Ads. As a Strategy & Operations Shop Ads Lead, you will be responsible for driving new advertiser acquisition, increasing average revenue per advertiser and platform monetization. This is a strategic role, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our activation plans, incentive strategies, best practice playbooks & marketing effectiveness, to realise the full potential for advertisers across the suite of TikTok Shop Ads solutions. This role requires a highly analytical mindset and curiosity to find solutions for partner/customer needs. You will own projects and programs end to end and work cross-functionally with TikTok Shop and advertising teams across sales, policy, marketing and product. Responsibilities:- Define strategy, business goals and project roadmap for TikTok Shop Ads and lead Shop Ads teams to ensure successful go-to-market, product adoption and impact, with relevant cross-functional teams including business teams, policy, marketing and others. - Lead the operational execution and project management of key initiatives. Establish processes, feedback loops, and investigational workflows relating to each project. Ensure there is auditing and impact analysis in place for each workstream to drive subsequent actions.- Lead business reporting for all Ads related workstreams, reporting progress at weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews. - Work closely with internal industry teams and stakeholders, to become a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop Ad products, and consult with key category stakeholders/sellers to deliver guidance on best in class TikTok Shop Ad campaigns. Provide overall support for key sellers during their onboarding and daily operations on TikTok Shop.- Develop and help coordinate UK Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for the launch of new Shop Ad products and features by identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. - Establish playbooks for marketplace and industry best-in-class Shop Ads optimisation. - Collaborate with marketing science to enhance eCommerce measurement solutions to create compelling narrative and build into sales pitch materials.- Design and execute TikTok Shop Ad incentives frameworks to activate new advertisers and grow average revenue per advertiser for existing merchants. - Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs to target new and existing advertisers with relevant content to fuel average revenue per advertiser & retention. Work in collaboration with the marketing function engaging in partnerships, campaigns and others.- Lead a team of program managers and deliver via your immediate team. Support the development of the team; inspiring and coaching individuals to achieve goals.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of extensive relevant experience within Ecommerce and/or Adtech performance marketing, including acting as a Team Lead or Manager.- Deep experience in digital advertising and marketing.- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals. - Experience taking ambiguous complex topics into clarity in strategy and execution leveraging data and customer insights. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrable work exposure to Digital Ads agencies- Experience working in matrix, and/or global organisations- Great communicator, both verbal and written. - Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. - Proven experience delivering in a work environment collaborating with global teams.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
