We are working for a well-established company within timber frame and timber engineering industry known for tackling complex designs with precision and care.

• Exciting & Diverse Projects, working on residential and commercial builds, including high-rise student accommodation, council buildings, and bespoke self-build homes.
• Full Project Involvement from pre-sales estimating and design to detailed manufacturing drawings for timber roof trusses and floor joists, you'll play a key role in the entire process.
• You'll work closely with site managers, attend site visits, and ensure smooth project execution with the backing of a skilled team.

Are you:

• Educated to HNC level or above in a relevant discipline
• Possessing good working knowledge of timber frame design, accustomed to working with often complex designs
• Motivated and driven but able to remain calm under pressure
• Committed to detail, producing work to a high degree of accuracy whilst remaining conscious of deadlines
• Good appreciation of the production process, ensuring each design has "buildability"
