Tipper Driver

Ongoing Class 2 Tipper Driver in Wakefield needed for immediate start available.

Salary: £14.00 - £21.00 per hour depending on hours

We have an opportunity for an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our Wakefield based client.

About the role

• As a Recruit A Driver Class 2 Driver, you will need a proven track record in a similar type of role for at least 2 years and be comfortable on landfills & quarries.

What you need to know:

• Start times: Usually between 06.00 - 08.00am
• Shift pattern: Weekdays and weekends may be available as overtime.
• Workload: Taking loaded vehicles, tipping material off either at clients yard or recycling centre, which can be from 10 mins to over a hour away.

What you must have:

• Must hold a valid UK C license for a minimum of 24 months.
• Must have experience driving a Class 2 vehicle within the last six months, ideally 24 months.
• Must have no more than 9 points on license for minor offences.
• Must hold an in date Digital Tachograph Card.
• Must have an up-to-date CPC Qualification Card.
• Must have the ability to carry out manual handling and loading
