THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Toolmaker, your job is to take raw materials and turn them into high-precision tools and components. If “microns” mean something to you (and you don’t just think it’s a fancy way of saying small), this is right up your street.

• Precision engineering – Craft, modify, and repair jigs, dies, moulds, and fixtures

\n

• CNC & Manual Machining – Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines

\n

• Blueprint Interpretation – Work from detailed engineering drawings with pinpoint accuracy

\n

• Problem-Solving – When something’s off by 0.001mm, you’re the one who fixes it

\n

• Quality Control – Ensure components meet tight tolerances (because near enough isn’t good enough)

• Collaboration – Work alongside engineers, designers, and production teams to bring concepts to life
