Tours & Booking Co-ordinator

Birmingham, B12 9AT – Hybrid working




  • Full time position

  • 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

  • £27,000 per annum, plus pension

The Role



This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team at Loudmouth. As a Tours & Bookings Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, allocating bookings, marketing, and sales for our educational theatre tours.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Market and sell Loudmouth’s educational theatre tours to schools and colleges

  • Coordinate booking dates and allocate funding where applicable

  • Handle sales inquiries and maintain accurate booking records

  • Support tour budgeting and liaise with funders to track financial details

  • Assist with the preparation and writing of evaluation reports

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team’s objectives

The Ideal Candidate:



We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for arts education. You should be an excellent communicator who is comfortable managing multiple projects at once. About you:




  • Confident communicator and negotiator, both written and verbal

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, and project co-ordination

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

  • Can bring curiosity, persistence, tenacity, and drive to the role

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Comfortable working with budgets and managing finances

  • Competent with IT

  • A degree-level education (desirable)

  • Interest in safeguarding and education (desirable)
