Due to an increased workload, this established planning consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work out of their Preston offices. The successful Town Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for land, residential and commercial developments.

Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and will be recently Chartered with the RTPI (or be close to submitting). A minimum of two years town planning experience (ideally within the private sector) is essential as is it the ability to prepare high quality written reports.

Within the role the successful Town Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert planning advice to clients and prepare planning applications and appeals.
