The Company

My client is a leading planning and development consultancy, dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable urban solutions. With a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive town planning projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and the public to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Represent at planning committees, public consultations, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) membership or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in town planning, with a strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
