A leading independent development consultancy is looking for a Town Planner to join its growing Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional with consultancy experience to work on a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on residential and energy developments.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide expert planning advice, manage applications, and deliver high-quality solutions for clients. Working alongside specialists from multiple disciplines, you will contribute to the success of complex development projects and help navigate the evolving planning landscape.

Requirements

• Chartered (MRTPI) or actively working towards chartership
• Experience in a planning consultancy environment
• Strong background in residential planning (experience in the energy sector is beneficial)
• Knowledge of local and national planning policy
• Excellent project management and client-facing skills
