Key Responsibilities:

• Provide planning advice and support across a variety of development projects.

• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.

• Undertake site assessments, planning policy reviews, and development appraisals.

• Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.

• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and strategies.

Key Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Town Planning (or equivalent).

• Chartered membership (MRTPI) or working towards it.

• Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the private sector.

• A strong understanding of planning legislation, policies, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to planning challenges.
