As a Town Planner, you'd be part of a dynamic team driving impactful urban development projects - from revitalising city centres to delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities. The team collaborates with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to navigate complex planning processes, ensuring projects are forward-thinking, sustainable, and aligned with community needs.

About the Role of a Graduate Town Planner

• Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and development strategies.
• Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to facilitate projects.
• Support senior planners and contribute to business development initiatives.

What We are Looking for in the Town Planner

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).
• Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
