TPRM Operating Model Opportunity

We are currently hiring a TPRM Operating Model Specialist to work on transforming the landscape of operational risk management and customer assurance through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. We are looking for an experienced TPRM Operating Model Design Specialist to join their team.

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in London based
Initial Contract till: 31/12/#####
Rate: up to �900pd inside IR35 via umbrella
Key Responsibilities/ Experience Needed:

• Design and implement an effective operating model to enhance operational resilience and optimise customer assurance processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and technology costing to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and risk mitigation.
• Provide strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong partnerships both within the organisation and with key external stakeholders.
• Ensure the operating model is compliant with industry standards, including DORA regulations.
