A specialist fresh produce farm in the East of England.

The Job Role Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tractor Driver to join a progressive farming business. Working with a modern fleet of Fendt and New Holland tractors, you will support daily farm operations, machinery maintenance, and assist across various farming activities.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

• Operate a modern fleet of Fendt and New Holland tractors.
• Follow all H&S systems including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work and report any areas of concern.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with tasks such as yard and equipment maintenance.
• Aid other areas of the farming operations if required.
• Maintain and keep up to date records required by the Farm Manager to provide full traceability and ensure audit compliance etc.

• Self-motivated, who can work to a high standard on your own initiative.
• Willing to support all entities of the farming business.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic and willingness to embrace challenges.
• An interest in modern farming practices.
• Full driving licence - essential.
• Teleporter and forklift licences would be beneficial.
