Trade Account Manager - Watches & Jewellery

My client is a leading name in luxury watch & jewellery marketing. Designing, manufacturing and distributing watches & jewellery for some of the most recognized and respected names in the industry – reaching a diverse range of global customers.We are looking for an immediately available Account Manager to join the Brand & Sales team on a 5-month FTC.This is a hybrid role – 3 days in Central London HQ – 2 remote.The RoleBe the point of contact for all nominated accounts and to develop trusted and profitable relationships with those customers.Ensure ranges are kept in line with planned season selections.Monitor sales performance & make suggestions to improve.To meet sales/growth targets, providing regular performance progress and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts such as brand extensions.Forecast and track sales weekly providing visibility to the business.Seek out new distribution opportunities by looking for gaps in distribution.Work with Marketing to ensure all relevant marketing opportunities and client communications are going out.To manage sales administration in line with business needs.The PersonPrevious solid experience within B2B/ Trade Account Management or Sales role – fashion / lifestyle / watches / jewellery or other retail industries highly advantageous!Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.The ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider team.Proficiency in Microsoft including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
