Manchester based hybrid working 2 days in the office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Marketing Manager to work for a well-established Manchester based FMCG business with exciting growth plans. You will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that will increase brand visibility, enhance sales and forge strong partnerships with retailers to ensure the business remains a market leader in their field.

About the role

You will play a key role in building and executing the trade marketing strategy, which will drive promotional activity and support the brand management team to deliver the overall brand direction. This will involve working in close partnership with the retailers on in-store marketing activities. You will also support the National Account Managers with input on sales materials, presentations and product information as well as keeping key stakeholders updated on market trends and competitor activity.

About the person

To be considered for this role, you will need to have strong experience in an FMCG or retail environment where you will have developed a good understanding of consumer marketing, whether be in trade marketing, brand management or category management. You could be working in FMCG marketing already, looking for an opportunity to move your career forward with a market leader. Alternatively, this could suit an FMCG retail marketer looking to make the move to FMCG. Either way, you will be highly analytical with excellent communication and influencing skills, have strong attention to detail, organisation and project management abilities.

What you’ll get in return
