Our client is a multi-million pound business that specialise in Registered Social Landlord (RSL) maintenance that has been growing at a steady rate for a number of years. Due to this continued success, they are now seeking an experienced Social Housing Voids Supervisor (Trade Background) to join their busy North London office.

Responsibilities:

• Operational role though, candidates must perform Disrepairs, day to day and minor voids/decants as needed


• work collaboratively with Hires and manages maintenance workers.


• Organizes and leads maintenance trainings.


• Set shift schedule and assignments.


• Develop maintenance policies and procedures.


• Order tools, supplies, and equipment.


• Respond to maintenance requests.


• Ensure projects stay on schedule.


• Leads safety inspections at worksites.


• Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.


• Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.


• Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.


• Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

• Trade background (multi-skilled ideal) -�Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating etc...


• Previous experience as Social Housing Supervisor (overseeing trades)


• Understanding of SORs


• Good Commercial Understanding
