Trademark Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trademark Paralegal to join a renowned, international service provider based in Greater London. The legal team are hugely collaborative in their approach and are very much seen as central to the commercial success of the wider business. Working alongside their central and international legal team, the role will suit a proactive, team oriented and detail focused Paralegal experienced in trademarks and IP. Reporting into the Senior Group IP Legal Counsel responsibilities will include: • Supporting in trademark prosecution, litigation and compliance as well as domain name management • Maintaining and updating the company’s IP management database• Tracking and monitoring all IP-related deadlines, including renewals, filings, and responses• Overseeing the full lifecycle of trademark applications• Handling trademark renewals and ensure timely submission of all necessary documents• Reviewing trademark and domain watch notices for potential infringements• Securing and documenting evidence of IP infringements• Processing invoices related to IP filings, renewals, and external counsel services• Liaising with external law firms • Helping the legal team and wider business improve their processes and procedures The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be proactive and helpful in their approach.
