Full Time, Monday to Friday

Are you a hands on Trades Supervisor? Have you directly managed trades staff including Carpenters and Plumbers to complete works in domestic properties?

Sellick Partnership LTD are proud to assist a well-known Housing organisation in the Northamptonshire area, in the recruitment of a Trade Supervisor covering Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

The ideal

candidate will be a great communicator at all levels, who enjoys working alongside tradespeople to complete works on time.

Duties of the Trades and Maintenance Supervisor include:

• Managing a team of around 10-15 Tradespeople to deliver service requirements, including planning and allocating workloads
• Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
• Conducting pre and post inspections
• Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices etc
• Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies
• Carrying out legionella reports

As a Repairs Supervisor candidate, you will have:

• Good customer service skills to liaise with tenants and senior members of Construction teams
• Full driving licence
• Knowledge of property repairs and maintenance
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable, but not essential)
• Housing knowledge (preferred, but not essential)
