PAYE basis

Pay Rate:

• Rate of £15.52 per hour – First 39 hours


• Rate of £23.28 per hour – last 11 hours


• Rate of £17.22 per hour – Average over 50 hours

Overtime;

• Saturday- First 4 hours = Time and ½, Last 6 hours = Double time


• Sunday- Double Time

Benefits:

• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

• Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, and Booking Receipts)

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall.


• Experience in directing vehicles and plant machinery using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals


• A reasonable level of work experience recorded


• Good understanding of the English language


• CPCS Traffic Marshall Ticket

Preferred

• Manual handling


• Driving license


• Safety critical medical
