Traffic Marshal

We are looking for numerous reliable and experienced Highways Traffic Marshal's�to work at Luton airport.���It will involve�12 hour day shifts.� You will be responsible for�ensuring the safe movement of vehicles�and pedestrians�around the airport sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.� Weekend shifts also available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control traffic flow around the airport


• Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and site workers to ensure safety


• Assist with the safe movement of vehicles entering and exiting areas


• Follow strict health & safety guidelines to prevent accidents and delays


• Monitor road and site conditions, reporting any hazards or concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Highways�Traffic Marshal/Banksman Certification


• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)


• Knowledge of highways and�site safety regulations


• Ability to remain alert and focused in busy environments


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Full PPE (Hi-Vis, Hard Hat, Safety Boots, etc.)


• Flexibility to work day or night shifts if required
