Traffic Marshal

O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a Traffic Marshal to join a residential project in Exeter.

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Start Date: 6 weeks from now (approx. April 30, 2025)

Duration: 9 months

Hours: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal/Banksman to join a residential construction site in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a long-term project with a 9-month duration, starting in approximately 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directing and managing vehicle movements on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinating deliveries and maintaining clear communication with drivers and site personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assisting with general site logistics as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent) and CSCS card.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on residential construction sites.
• Strong awareness of site safety protocols and procedures.
