Traffic Regulation Technician (Bristol)

Carbon 60 is looking to recruit an experienced Traffic Regulation Technician for its leading Public Sector client based in Central Bristol
Pay rate is £15.76ph
Working hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
This role is due to start on 21st October 2024 and last for 9 months
Job purpose
To work at entry level in the transport team
To ensure that agreed actions and service levels are met
To assist in the clients Streetworks Permit Team
To draft temporary traffic regulation orders notices in accordance with the relevant procedures
To assist the team manager in the delivery of the work programmes
To produce technical data information
To produce maps, models, graphics and drawings
To assist in the day to day delivery of front line customer services
You will need
The relevant qualifications at National Qualifications level 3 or at level 2 with commensurate experience (essential)
An awareness of the services delivered by a Traffic and Highway maintenance team (essential)
Previous experience working in the public sector (desirable)
Full UK drivers licence (desirable)
