Brilliant Opportunity to Join Our Team as a Train Presentation Service Delivery Coordinator!

Location: Derby (Locomotive House)/Depot
Contract: Temp to Perm, 6-Month Initial Contract (12-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate: Circa £30,000 (Equivalent to £17.47 p/hour)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible working hours, 37 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP (Subject to passing a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test)

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking a Train Presentation Service Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our Train Presentation (TP) team.

About the Role

As a Train Presentation Service Delivery Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Train Presentation and the Service Delivery Manager to provide vital administrative support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our trains meet Service Quality Regime (SQR) standards, streamlining operations, and enhancing collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain robust cleaning policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication across teams.
  • Monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide administrative support for training and competencies.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, stock management, and resource planning to maximize efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance stakeholder engagement and improve collaborative working.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in train presentation operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:


  • A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis.
  • Experienced in developing administrative processes and reporting systems.
  • Skilled in working with third-party suppliers, managing stock, and building positive relationships.
  • A self-starter with commercial acumen and a passion for service excellence.
