Trainee Assembly, CNC & Inspection Technicians

You'll be trained, mentored and supported in the assembly, inspection or machining of precision components and assemblies for rocket propelled aircraft equipment that save 25 lives a year.

You'll work within the Assembly, Machining or Inspection Departments and get trained to:

• Assemble precision components and mechanisms
• Inspect components and assemblies using specialist measuring and testing tools
• Programme, set and operate advanced 5 axis CNC machines

We'd like you to have;

• Experience in a college engineering workshop or home mechanics such as car restoration
• Experience of using a variety of milling, lathes, turning, CNC, hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Already started or recently completed City & Guilds, ONC, OND, HNC or HND diploma in engineering
