About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to step into a classroom setting, gaining hands-on experience while supporting students across various subjects. As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 & 4 students
• Supervise and engage students during teacher absences
• Support in different departments across the school
• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment

This role offers fantastic flexibility—work 3-5 days per week while developing essential teaching and leadership skills.

Who We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree (any subject)
• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, coaching, or youth work
• Strong classroom management skills or the willingness to develop them
• A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to working in schools

No formal teaching qualification is required—just a passion for education and a willingness to learn!
