The Trainee Engineer will spend a significant amount of time in the field, working directly with clients to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of telematics systems and vehicle mechanics in various settings.


• Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn about best practices


• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects to develop technical skills and knowledge.


• Maintain accurate records of work performed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

Qualifications:

• A keen interest in vehicle mechanics and telematics


• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn


• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing ability.


• Must be comfortable working in a field-based environment, visiting client sites as required.


• Must have a clean UK driving license.
