Job Overview: We are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join our Clients team. This position offers a negotiable salary and is open to candidates seeking a career in construction estimation, in a junior capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating material and labour costs for construction projects


• Analyzing project specifications


• Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes


• Preparing accurate and timely bids


• Communicating effectively with project managers and clients

Key Requirements:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Attention to detail


• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Office-based, non-hybrid)
