Facility Assistant

The ROLE
The Trainee Facilities Assistant will provide site support, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, routine maintenance and pre-planned maintenance programmes, etc. The minutia of the role includes;
* Day-to-day maintenance
* Building and grounds maintenance
* Fire alarm
* Assisting with security
* Respond urgent issues as required
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant with the following background:
* General maintenance skills - carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, etc.
* Good communication skills
* Excellent team player
* Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
* Take pride in doing a good job
Salary: Depending on experience, Great pension scheme, Private Health/Dental, etc.
