Trainee Lettings Negotiator

TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - BANKSIDE
Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi branch independent on who have established themselves in and around the City market. They are currently in the process of growing the team in their Shoreditch office and are looking to bring in someone from the ground level and develop them into a high quality lettings agent. As a side note; the manager of this office started with the business as a trainee and has progressed to senior level so this would suit someone with a real interest in the London property market who is looking for a long term career with a professional independent agency.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new applicants.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Taking and providing feedback to applicants and landlords.
• Assisting and accompanying the manager on property valuations when required.
• Negotiating and closing on qualified offers to ensure the best result for all parties concerned.
• Providing excellent customer service to colleagues and clients alike.
• Assisting in the tenancy process where required.

• Great communication skills with people of all backgrounds.
• Strong IT skills

Salary Budgets: £20,000 Basic Salary, £35,000 OTE + Benefits and bonuses. As well as in-house training, trainees will be sent on ARLA or NAEA training courses and eventually be required to achieve their level 3 qualification.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10am-4pm
