Trainee Masterkey Advisor

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Lock Manufacturer to recruit for a Trainee Masterkey Advisor

This role is will come with full Masterkey training but anyone from a Lock / Locking background or a Door Hardware manufacturer would have an advantage. Previous Customer Service is essential

· Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours

For this position the ideal candidate will need to possess.

Good Maths skills – GCSE level

Strong excel skills

Previous customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Masterkey suites, allocation and calculation to customer orders..


• Transferring customer orders into product codes


• Process all orders


• Customer enquiries / queries.


• Maintain records (both electronic and manual) ensuring these are both up to date and in good order

There is the possibility of TWO positions so if you are good at maths, have strong attention to details and can work your way around excel please apply!
