A prestigious New homes developer is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to enhance their dynamic team, focusing on developments in the Aberdeen area.

This is a full time role working from Thursday to Monday, between the hours of 10am to 6pm. 



As a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor you'll benefit from a good basic salary, and the opportunity to earn commission for your house sales.



This role offers a training starting salary from £24,000, with potential for this to increase after your training period, when your knowledge and experience is evident.



The role offers a chance to earn commission on your property sales with on-target earnings (OTE) of around £40k



As mentioned this is a trainee role so you don't need to have prior new homes sales experience, but to work in this sector you need to have worked in a customer facing / Sales role.

- IT / Microsoft skills



- Organisational skills.



- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills



- A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service



- The flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends
