Trainee Operative | £25,000 per annum | Poole
Purpose
As a Trainee Operative, you’ll learn a new hands-on skill within a permanent position supporting an established engineering company in the Dorset area. If you have a keen interest in engineering and are looking for an entry-level career opportunity, then this could be a great role for you!

Responsibilities
As a Trainee Operative, full training will be provided, and responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating electroplating equipment, including tanks, baths, anodes, and cathodes
- Mixing and preparing plating solutions, ensuring proper chemical composition and concentration
- Monitoring the electroplating process, including checking voltage, current, and bath conditions, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Rinsing and drying of components and inspection of finished parts.
