Description

Trainee Payroll Assistant - Guildford

• Process weekly payroll
• Save timesheets in PDF and JPEG Format
• Add timesheets manually into current payroll system.
• Raising self bills and umbrella invoices
• Raising sales invoices either through system for sending out PDF's
• Adding expenses for contractors as and when necessary
• New starter checks.
• New client onboarding as and when required.
• Setting up payment runs
• Taking payments off sage accounts
• Formatting BACS
• Handling contractor/client queries by either phone or email!
• Helping with sending Statement on accounts to clients as and when required
• Helping the Accounts manager as and when required
