Trainee People and Culture Manager

The Role:
Novax are currently looking for a trainee people and culture manager at our office in Altrincham. We want the role to develop into a people and culture manager.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
- Working with managers to manage Novax's appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings.
- Ensuring that a company's procedures comply with employment regulations.
- Leading HR-related issues
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee's performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
- Arranging company events and driving socials.
- Accessing the need for training and then working with management to design and implement training programs accordingly.
- Assist management with L&D development plans
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
Experience
We are open to experience but someone who is ready to take ownership of the role learn our company values and work with management.
