Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Facilities Management - Manchester

�25k-�28k per annum (DOE) OTE �40K-�60K first year, set to increase following career progression

Daniel Owen is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or experienced Resourcer to join the team in our office based in Manchester.

Due to significant growth across a wide range of sectors, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team in our office based in Manchester, specialising in facilities management recruitment. We currently have live vacancies for perm and temp roles, and we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us and take over these live roles from day one. This role would suit a highly organised and driven individual who aspires to progress from a Trainee to a consultant or Delivery Consultant. You will be supported and trained on business development to help maximise your business opportunities and will be introduced to live clients to help kick off your successful desk.

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
• Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
• Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven recruitment/resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
