Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Facilities Management & Property Services - Walsall

�25k-�30k per annum (DOE) OTE �40K-�60K first year, set to increase following career progression

Daniel Owen is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or experienced Resourcer to join the team in our office based in Walsall.

Due to significant growth across a wide range of sectors, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team in our office based in Walsall, specialising in facilities management and property services recruitment. Both of these desks currently have live vacancies for perm and temp roles, and we are looking for an experienced resourcer/trainee to assist with filling these roles, keeping in touch with candidates, attending client meetings, winning new business along with ad-hoc duties as and when required. This role would suit a highly organised and driven individual who aspires to progress from into a senior consultant position in the future.

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
• Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
• Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven recruitment/resourcer or sales professional (any sector experience)
• Experience within estate agency or lettings
• Will have the ability to motivate and inspire others and have the ambition to progress into a managerial role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
