Who are we looking for?

We're searching for ambitious, enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Belfast who can work on building relationships and matching talented candidates with job vacancies. To be successful in this role, you must be professional, confident, and financially driven.

Recruitment experience is not essential; however, a background is sales is desirable. Full training and support will be provided, to help you become an industry expert and a successful, established recruiter within the Irish tech market.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

• A competitive basic salary (�24,000-�30,000) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
