What you'll do:

• Learn the ins and outs of recruitment by supporting senior consultants in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships.
• Understand industry dynamics to effectively match candidates with the right job opportunities.
• Help create engaging job adverts and manage applications to find the best talent.
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Assist with recruitment administration and compliance tasks.
