Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Farnborough

�25k-�30k per annum (DOE) OTE �40K-�60K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone new to join this thriving team, stepping into a warm desk and established network from day one. Our Farnborough manager is deeply committed to nurturing talent, transforming each individual that has joined us into a success story and with this personalised, one on one training it is a great opportunity to join Daniel Owen, with aspirations to progress into a Consultant/Senior Consultant role in the future.

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
• Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
• Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
