About the Role

This is an entry-level Trainee Recruitment Consultant position with a starting salary range of �26,000-�30,000, plus uncapped earning potential. Through our structured training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in recruitment, with realistic first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of �35,000-�40,000.

Your First Year

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
• Create professional CVs and candidate profiles to present to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase placements.
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
• Earn commission on every success, from your very first placement.
