Your Role:

• Source and interview candidates.
• Create CV profiles for clients.
• Work with the sales team to increase placements.
• Meet weekly targets and earn commission.

Support & Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced consultants.

After Your First Year: You'll move to a Sales Desk with advanced training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
