We have an exciting opportunity to join our Dunstable office.



This role offers a salary between �25,400 + commission after probation period and has the benefit of an immediate start.

Role Details of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:




  • Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Location: Dunstable

  • Hours - Office based hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

  • Starting salary - �25,400k per annum

  • Probation 6 months

  • No cap Commission



What Will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant




  • Creating job adverts, and placing on relevant online job boards

  • Responding to candidates using phone/email/SMS

  • Interviewing/Registering Candidates

  • Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns

  • Booking workers on to shift rotas

  • Liaising with client hiring teams to manage staffing requirements

  • Attending meetings/reviews with clients

  • Using our internal CRM/ATS systems to keep track of candidates onboarding journey

  • Out of hours support on a rota basis



What skills are we looking for in our Trainee Recruitment Consultants?




  • Above all else, you must be able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to listen and understand applicants job needs is crucial

  • Organised - Client recruitment requirements can change quickly. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to this

  • Administration - Ability to successfully log and update our CRM with bookings, to help complete payroll.

  • Communication - The ability to communicate to applicants and provide feedback on their application journey is critical.

  • Travel - the right candidate will have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle - business miles can be claimed back as expenses.
