Introducing the Impact Academy

Our Impact Academy is your gateway into recruitment-a fully supported training programme that gives you all the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in your first year and beyond.

Your Role in Year One

* Source and interview education professionals for temporary and permanent placements
* Create detailed, marketable CV profiles for clients
* Work closely with sales consultants to match candidates with schools
* Achieve weekly KPIs and targets alongside your manager
* Earn commission at every step of your development journey

Year Two and Beyond - Your Sales Career

Once you've built a strong foundation, you'll move onto your own Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
