Trainee Sales Executive�

Hours: Full-time, Permanent�
Salary: �31,000 per annum + 5k bonus�
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Support Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and gathering marketing materials.��
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Develop a solid understanding of products and services to effectively present information to potential customers across various communication channels.�
Utilise established databases and internal resources to identify and target potential customers.�
Use effective questioning techniques to identify customer needs and challenges.�
Record all confirmed sales leads and implement a strategy to prioritize and move them forward.�
Update CRM (SAP) regularly to track customer contacts, monitor open opportunities, and plan follow-up actions.�
Take full responsibility for achieving your sales targets and managing your sales budget.�
Stay informed of market trends and gather customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.�
Key Skills of a Sales Executive:
Previous experience in a telesales or similar sales role.�
Strong verbal and written communication skills.�
Demonstrate an effective listening, capturing, and negotiation style.�
Proficient in using a dynamic CRM system.�
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.�
Good problem-solving abilities.�
Goal and target oriented.�
