Trainee Sales Negotiator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client, a market-leading independent Estate Agency, as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in their branch in Basildon.

The successful individual must be enthusiastic and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. In addition to having a full UK driving licence and previous experience in a KPI-driven environment.

They are offering the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator:

Up to £17,500 basic salary

£40,000 - £45,000 OTE (uncapped)

Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience within a KPI-driven sales environment

Full UK Driving Licence

Ambitious and highly driven

Strong IT skills

A team player

Key tasks for the Trainee Sales Negotiator include, but will not be limited to:

Answering the telephones, professionally and politely.

Qualifying applicants to company standards, Arranging viewings, Booking valuations

Following up on viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers

Negotiating offers

Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
