Trainee Service Advisor

A dealership in Basildon is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to kick-start a rewarding career in the automotive industry!
The role

• Assisting customers with their service and repair needs
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Learning to manage bookings, handle inbound and outbound calls, and organize service schedules
• Supporting the service team with administrative tasks
• Working closely with experienced Service Advisors to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow
• Preferably, a "full clean UK manual driving licence" held for at least 1 year

The Package

• Basic salary - �19,000-�22,000 + uncapped commission
• 22 days annual leave
• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays 8:00am to 13:00pm
• Ongoing training and career progression
