About the Program:

We are excited to offer the National Teaching Assistant Programme, a comprehensive, free training course designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for this rewarding role. The program covers essential topics through online modules, including Safeguarding, Introduction to Being a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Management, and Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). After completing the training, you'll gain hands-on experience with a 5-day paid placement in local schools, setting you up to confidently enter the classroom as a qualified teaching assistant.
