I am working on a contract role for a client of mine in Bristol.
They are looking for experience delivering remote training to multiple cohorts, internal and external.
This role will involve back-to-back delivery of 2 sessions per day to a remote audience.
You should have demonstrable professional experience with training and upskilling staff remotely.
Ideally you will have contracting experience, with the ability to 'hit the ground running' with the delivery of sessions.
This role is an Inside IR35 position with an estimated delivery schedule until March 2025.
Skills and Experience:
You will have worked with LMS, eLearning platforms, collaboration apps such as Teams or Zoom.
You should have knowledge and experience of training theories, methods, tools and techniques.
Delivery of remote training sessions to group cohorts.
Strong Stakeholder Communication and Management skills.
Microsoft Suite
Experience working with technology to enhance learners' experience.
Desirable:
Experience with LMS/LXP platforms.
Professional Qualification in training such as TAP Certification in Training Delivery, CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development
Full UK Driver's License
