Training Manager for Dave's Hot Chicken Restaurant
Reports to:

London based initially to support Restaurant #1 opening

Launching in the UK this year, we're looking for a Training Manager to make the launch of Dave’s Hot Chicken
a mind-blowing success.
Summary:
An exceptional Operator with high energy levels capable of leading the UK & Ireland induction and training
Ensuring the Dave’s Hot Chicken culture and standards is embedded into every new starter
Highly motivated and proven self starter
Working in a small, entrepreneurial team, joining the journey from Restaurant #1 with an ambition of 30-60 within 5 years
Responsibilities:
The expert in DHC Brand Standards and Ops equipment
Operationally translating US Brand Manual to UK version
Brand induction and training in the UK – replicating the US approach
Training location and administration
Dress code custodian
Understanding and facilitating complaints process
Understanding Mystery Guest programme
Assisting the Operations lead with recruitment and HR elements
The role will be required to work shifts in the first restaurants for on the job training and as required to meet demand
Hands on support of a small, dynamic, start up team.
What we're looking for:
Off-the-scale energy and passion for training
Extensive experience in restaurants operations
Experience creating engaging training videos
Prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved with all aspects of launching Dave’s in the UK&I – enjoys variety outside of core training responsibilities
