TRAINING MANAGER

Learning & Development Team Leader

Salary:��28,000 - �32,000 per annum DOE

Location:�Norwich (Hybrid Working)

Hours:�35 hours per week, worked between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend�in line with business needs

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to join their innovative telecare business and lead their team of trainers.� This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping the future of our clients customer care team.

As the Learning & Development Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in driving learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments.� You will be helping departments from navigating system changes to enhancing customer experience through improved processes and resources.� You'll be the key liaison with stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that boost performance and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand stakeholder needs and develop targeted training solutions that drive performance and engagement.


• Ensure all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.


• Create and deliver engaging training


• Utilise a variety of platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.


• Motivate a team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Skills/Experience Required:

• A dynamic L&D professional with extensive experience and proven line management skills.�
