An exciting opportunity has arisen within Training Delivery Team for a Training & Safety Centre Operations Lead
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and make well judge informed decisions in a timely manner. You will be working to provide effective and comprehensive support, reporting directly to the Training & Safety Centre Operations Manager.
The role demands proactive engagement with stakeholders and the cultivation of strategic partnerships to enhance the centres offerings. Leadership duties include managing the Fire GroundTeam Leader and stepping in for the Site Manager when necessary.
In addition, safety working practices are implemented, monitored and adhered to at all times. Helping to monitor the safety, wellbeing and welfare of all onsite employees, members of the public and contractors.
About you:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, with a customer focused approach, demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills were delivery and results matter.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience required with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with a strong attention to detail (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel). You will be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and communicate positively with service users.
